Karen worked as a developer with THF Realty, Inc. and Director of Development for residential real estate development firm, they trained as an attorney, with a principal practice in real estate securities law in Chicago, representing public REIT’s and private real estate ventures. After, Karen went on to establish Flower & Stone, who represents private entities, municipalities, and retailers with an emphasis on public-private partnerships.
