Why Wyoming?

Wyoming and surrounding areas make up part of the “abortion desert” in the United States, with limited to no access.

Women can’t get a procedural abortion from a doctor in Wyoming today – there are no doctors performing them.

To end a pregnancy in Wyoming, your only choice is a medication abortion, where you take doctor-prescribed medicine early in your pregnancy and you miscarry at home. In Wyoming, you can only get this kind of medication up to 10-weeks into your pregnancy. At 10 weeks, some women are just finding out they are pregnant. So, in essence, very few women can actually end a pregnancy in Wyoming.

The clinic is strategically located so that people in areas of low access states such as western Nebraska, western South Dakota and the southeastern corner of Montana will be able to more easily access health care services.

We will be serving and helping people in at least a 250-mile radius.
