Wellspring Health Access abortion clinic is located in Casper, WY offering many abortion clinic services. We service all of Wyoming and the surrounding states.

Wellspring Health Access provides medication and surgical abortion, gynecological care, family planning, and gender affirming care from our clinic in Casper, Wyoming. We serve patients living in the abortion deserts—areas with little to no abortion access—of Wyoming and surrounding states in the Mountain West and Midwest Plains states. The clinic is strategically located so that people in areas with limited abortion access, including Idaho, Utah, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Montana can access care.

Before Wellspring opened its doors in 2023, the only choice to end a pregnancy in Wyoming was through medication abortion. This option was only available to people until 10 weeks of pregnancy. But because many women don’t realize they are pregnant until after 10 weeks, women had few options in the state of Wyoming.

Wellspring offers surgical abortion care until 23.6 weeks of pregnancy. This allows patients to make their own choices about their bodies based on what’s most comfortable to them.

We are a team of dedicated reproductive health care experts. Wellspring Health Access is led by Julie Burkhart, who founded Trust Women and was at its helm for 12 years. Founding members are highly skilled in abortion delivery services, from start-ups to day-to-day operations. We are excited to continue to bring abortion care to underserved areas.
