Dan was a Judicial Law Clerk at the Hon. Gilbert S. Merritt, Jr., Chief Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Following this, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Hon. William L. Dwyer, United States District Court, W.D. Washington. Later, he joined the Drug Policy Alliance as the Director of Legal Affairs. Since 2015, Daniel has been associated with the Roots Community Health Center.
